Risk minimisation is also important in this investment. This is facilitated by the fact that the project already had a valid building permit at the time of acquisition, so the fund could start construction immediately. However, a careful analysis of possible suppliers and partners preceded the project, from which the Slovak company KAMI PROFIT came out best.
