In 2020 alone, more than 46,000 applications for a bed were rejected in the Czech Republic, and the ageing population threatens to make the situation worse. For this reason, private investors are increasingly entering the senior housing business. Additional funding was provided by Slovak entrepreneur Jozef Gima. He and his company, Biznis Hub, have been working with Crowdberry for a long time and together we want to continue to invest in this area.  <\/p>\n<p>The house for the elderly, called Dobr\u00e9 \u010dasy, will be built in a property that was purchased from P\u0159emysl Vesel\u00fd&#8217;s construction company before it was approved. The first inhabitants are expected to arrive this summer. It will offer a total of 77 beds for seniors with higher levels of dementia and 90 long-term care beds. Future clients will also receive extra services such as hydro-massage, workshops, light therapy and hairdressing.
