From the outset, our intention has been to purchase properties whose value we can increase, either through renovation, completion of part of a project, or complete construction.&#8221;   <\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading heading_semantic=&#8221;h3&#8243; text_size=&#8221;h3&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;224945&#8243;]We select segments based on the current market situation.[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;120924&#8243;]This strategy gives us the flexibility to respond quickly to market developments and select segments and specific projects that are most advantageous for investors in terms of returns.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;When we started out, we planned to focus on residential projects. We were in advanced negotiations on projects around Prague, but then there was a sudden change in market conditions, rates skyrocketed, and the market came to a standstill. So we took advantage of our flexibility and bet on logistics. Later, residential development began to make more sense again.&#8221; <\/em><\/p>\n<p>We are currently focusing our efforts on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parkvesec.cz\/\">Rezidence Park Vesec<\/a>, a residential development in Liberec. We completed the shell of the building at the end of the summer, followed by plastering, and are now working on the interiors.
