Prv\u00fdm n\u00e1jomcom v hale A bola spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Cattron, ktor\u00e1 je tie\u017e v\u00fdrobcom elektroniky. Hala B je vo v\u00fdstavbe a hala C je plne obsaden\u00e1 UCT.    <\/p>\n<p>Realitn\u00fd fond CB Property Investors vst\u00fapil do projektu ako strategick\u00fd partner v roku 2022 s cie\u013eom za\u010da\u0165 prev\u00e1dzku v roku 2023. Kancel\u00e1rske priestory UCT zaberaj\u00fa pribli\u017ene 5 000 m2 prenaj\u00edmate\u013enej plochy a s\u00fa v s\u00falade so s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fdm trendom kancel\u00e1rskych projektov, ktor\u00e9 podporuj\u00fa pohodu zamestnancov. Kancel\u00e1rie maj\u00fa napr\u00edklad modern\u00e9 priestory so sklenen\u00fdmi stenami. S\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou budovy je aj modern\u00e1 recepcia \u010di jed\u00e1le\u0148. N\u00e1le\u017eit\u00e1 pozornos\u0165 sa venovala aj samotnej v\u00fdstavbe, pri ktorej sa uplatnili udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9 stavebn\u00e9 postupy, v\u010faka \u010domu projekt smeruje k z\u00edskaniu prest\u00ed\u017enych certifik\u00e1tov udr\u017eate\u013enosti BREAAM \u201eVery good\u201c a \u201eExcellent\u201c. V\u00fdstavba komplexu trvala viac ako dva roky, za\u010dala sa po\u010das pand\u00e9mie covid-19 a nahradila ch\u00e1traj\u00faci are\u00e1l p\u00f4vodn\u00fdch hydin\u00e1rskych fariem.     <\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eCertifik\u00e1ciou projektu v syst\u00e9me BREEAM na \u00farovni \u201eExcellent\u201c sa rad\u00edme medzi projekty sp\u013a\u0148aj\u00face najvy\u0161\u0161ie \u0161tandardy.
