Na\u0161e portf\u00f3lio zah\u0155\u0148a logistick\u00fd park, reziden\u010dn\u00fd projekt a b\u00fdvanie pre seniorov. Na\u0161\u00edm cie\u013eom je ma\u0165 diverzifikovan\u00e9 portf\u00f3lio, preto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd z t\u00fdchto sektorov m\u00e1 in\u00fd cyklus. V\u010faka tejto investi\u010dnej strat\u00e9gii zni\u017eujeme riziko pre investorov a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zvy\u0161ujeme flexibilitu fondu.   <\/p>\n<p><em> <\/em><em>\u201eV roku 2022 sme mali v pl\u00e1ne reziden\u010dn\u00e9 projekty, ale ke\u010f \u00farokov\u00e9 sadzby prudko vzr\u00e1stli, prakticky sme tento segment opustili a s\u00fastredili sa hlavne na logistiku.
