We aim to collaborate with other real estate players from the development field who share our values of openness, fairness and sharing success. Furthermore, business relationships will only be established once the partner agrees to accept specific corporate governance rules that ensure the protection of our investors’ interests.
Accessing the real estate opportunity pipeline, network and knowledge of other like-minded businesses delivers various advantages. For example, having access to a pipeline from partners means we can offer a wider pool of potential investments to our investors.
Creating partnerships allows us to share experiences, and benefit from the specialist know-how and technical abilities of others who have demonstrated success in their field.
