Asset Management & Development
Michal has experience across the real estate industry. At Knight Frank he was responsible for the management of commercial buildings, and during his nearly 8 years at P3 he managed the entire European industrial property portfolio of over 5 million sqm.
At Fidurock, he has been involved in residential properties from the acquisition phase through redevelopment to marketing and commissioning.
Viliam has 15 years of experience in relationship building, management and HR in Asia and Europe. He has lived and worked in Japan where he worked as a recruitment consultant in alternative investments. He has also worked in India, China and Indonesia where he was responsible for the development of the MBA Consult Group.
His clients included companies such as Home Credit, ERSTE Group KKR and Carlyle Group.
Ivan has more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, banking, and investment. He worked as CFO of HB Reavis Group, where he later took over management of the company as Chairman of the Board and Partner.
In 2010, he co-founded Corwin, one of the leading companies operating in the Slovak property development market, where he also worked as a partner. Since a successful exit from the company in 2020, he has been focusing on private investments.
Karolína is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. In 2011 she began working as a project manager for the real estate developer Chenen, where she gained extensive experience in development projects, property management and the operation and management of real estate funds of qualified investors.
She joined the Winstor team in December 2019 as a portfolio manager responsible for managing real estate funds. Since May 2020 she has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Winstor investiční společnost a.s. responsible for the management of the real estate funds.
18 years of experience in the financial sector with a focus on real estate financing. Leader of the UniCredit Leasing real estate division in Slovakia, the market leader in its field.
At Erste Group, Martin was Head of Sales, responsible for financing activities of Erste Group Immorent Slovakia. Member of Risk Management Team at Erste Group – dedicated to CEE real estate financing and based in Vienna. In 2013, he established his own consultancy company dedicated to real estate and SME financing.
Ferdinand has worked in the real estate sector since 1993 and is particularly active in the CEE region. He has extensive experience in the Central European industrial market and logistics sector.
Among other things, he worked for Cushman Wakefield for almost 20 years as Partner and Head of the Industrial Real Estate Sector. He is currently developing his own platform with a focus on land transactions.
CB Property Investors is part of the Crowdberry investment platform, which connects companies with private investors. Crowdberry enables investors to co-own Czech and Slovak companies and real estate.
Since its foundation, Crowdberry has raised more than €60 million of equity capital in more than 45 transactions that have been deployed across a range of business segments. The final asset values of our investments are estimated to be several times the initial capital invested.
Supervision and control of the CB Property Investors fund
The Fund is subject to supervision by the Czech National Bank.
The fund manager is Winstor investiční společnost, which manages qualified investor funds spanning a wide range of asset classes. Thanks to extensive knowledge and many years of experience in the financial markets and elsewhere, Winstor manages to find extraordinary investment opportunities and is a leader in capital management. The funds under Winstor's administration manage hundreds of millions of euros in assets.
Financial operations are supervised by the Fund's depository bank – CSOB. CB Property Investors is also subject to a regular audit conducted by BDO.
