The goal was never to build a new housing estate
The architectural design of the apartment buildings was created by the Archidee studio from Jablonec nad Nisou. “We were inspired by the proven concept of a villa complex, such as the one located on the shores of Lake Geneva. The main goal was to prevent the creation of a new housing estate.” explains Ing. Arch. Ondřej Novosad.
While Rezidence Park Vesec will offer future residents comfortable facilities with underground garages, photovoltaics, and underfloor heating, it will bring stability and above-standard returns to investors. The project is part of the portfolio of CB Property Investors, which has long been the best-performing Czech real estate fund for qualified investors.
