We regularly rank first in the TOP Real Estate Funds ranking by Hospodářské noviny and the Institute for Strategic Investing — and the Q1 2026 results are no exception. Over the past 12 months (to 31 March 2026), CB Property Investors delivered a return of 21.21%, and an average annual return of 21.68% over a three-year horizon — both with a significant lead over the market average.
This marks our fourth consecutive year as market leader. These results are not the product of favourable market conditions, but the outcome of a well-defined investment strategy focused on a mixed portfolio across real estate segments. The above-average returns are driven by carefully selected projects whose value we actively increase — through development, building modernisation, operational improvements and expansion.
We have also just received the first tangible confirmation of our above-average returns: on 11 June, we successfully completed the sale of the Dobré časy senior care facility in Ivančice to the real estate fund Ambeat Care. We entered this project during the construction phase and accompanied it through to a modern facility with 168 beds, which is a significant provider of both healthcare and social care for seniors in the South Moravian Region.
